Engineering department (hereinafter IZZ) comprehensively ensures the superior management of the projects realized abroad. IZZ commences its activity upon the signing of relevant contract for work and nomination of individual project manager responsible for relevant projects. IZZ, through their project managers, coordinates all activities related to the project realization as design, production, installation, debugging, commissioning, testing, warranty service etc. and supervises time schedule and technical solution in accordance with contract terms and design documentation. Verification of the works done including quality examination as well as the control of the economic aspects and accuracy of the payments is the main domain of IZZ. Among the final duties of IZZ it ranks preparation of final report on the profitability of individual projects.
